Impartial and effective communication

Mediation services

Mediation offers an alternative, confidential and cost effective way of resolving disputes and conflict by helping parties to communicate, to see broader perspectives and to work together to find creative and workable solutions.

A safe space to reflect, explore and plan

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching helps leaders to become more effective by offering a confidential space to identify and work through challenges, by developing deeper insights into themselves and others and by clarifying priorities and strategies for bringing about change.

"Mediation is a flexible process conducted confidentially in which a neutral person (the mediator) assists parties in working towards a negotiated agreement of a dispute or difference, with the parties in ultimate control of the decision to settle and the terms of the resolution."
