Working with us, clients take time to step away, reflect and look at the bigger picture.
Our approach to coaching is business focussed and relational – we believe that communication and human relationships are central to effective and fulfilling leadership.
One-to-One Coaching
Through one to one coaching we help business leaders, and those aspiring to lead, to step up to the challenge and responsibility of leading in a changing and complex environment.
We create a safe, non judgmental space for reflection and an opportunity to explore, debate, experiment and plan next steps. We help leaders to identify the mark they intend to make and the footprint they wish to leave on their organisation.
Coaching with Teams
Coaching is used as an effective intervention with teams to support work on group dynamics, team effectiveness and strategic planning.
We have particular experience of facilitating peer group coaching, delivered either as stand alone or as part of team away days or wider leadership programmes. Participants have the opportunity to practise working with colleagues in a coaching style and to connect and engage on a different level, with the option of collaborating on live and current issues for their organisation.
Diversity and Inclusion
We have a keen interest in supporting D&I related initiatives and leadership development, such as unconscious bias workshops and coaching (of men and women) and one to one or peer group coaching in support of women’s leadership or cultural change programmes.
We have experience of helping colleagues to adapt their leadership style or language to foster more inclusive environments, helping to build competitive talent pipelines through the attraction, retention and development of a broader range of people. If required, we can widen the scope of workshops to include equality and discrimination law training,
With over thirty years of wide ranging business experience, and specialists in the professional services sector, we have supported leaders in a wide variety of situations:
Transitioning into and out of leadership roles
Strategic planning and business development
Leading and reacting to change , restructures, mergers
Enhancing personal impact, confidence and assertiveness
